In her teens, Katja was the social butterfly that managed to keep friends and still do well in studies, Though as time progressed and she neared the beginning of her Adult life she lost most of her friends when her love for books and reading took up most of her free time. Her mother was such a big influence on her during these times and made sure that she felt loved and that she never felt like a freak compared to the other equines in the herd. "I learned that I shouldn't change who I am just to keep so-called friends, If they were truly my friends they wouldn't have cared what I did for fun. I know now that if I haven't have done what I've done, I wouldn't be in the same position I would be now and for that I am thankful."
Adulthood-
Right after her 19th birthday, Katja was taken by her mother to her favorite place in all of the land, The Aether pool. This is when she started her journey to find her inner-self, She had been looking forward to this eagerly since the day she turned 13 and it had finally arrived.
She embarked on the Soul Voyage at dusk like everyone before her and did so with the biggest grin on her face, "I wasn't sure what spirit calling I would get because there were so many, but I couldn't have been happier to see mine." The journey seemed long but Katja returned at sunrise knowing who she was and how it would affect her life later on, some traits she had yet to understand.
Current times, Katja still lives with her mother in their modest home just a short distance from the Aether Pool where daily she goes and does her duties occasionally helping a fellow member or advising her peers, as is the job of a Soothsayer or occasionally being caught with a scroll when she's not supposed to.
"I am who I am, but I am here to help."
