Whelp my tablet is back to life and is working again! YAY

So here's how I fixed it, My Intuos already was wireless so no need for a kit and all I did was buy a Universal battery charger off of Amazon and charged the battery like any normal one. I also decided to buy an extra one from Wacom just to be on the safe side and to have an extra.
